It is expressly forbidden to commercially exploit, reverse engineer, copy, duplicate or modify any part of the website or its content without written permission from Harrison Toronto.
5. Orders and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- The estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days after processing.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address at the time of purchase. Harrison Toronto shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
In the event that an order is returned to Harrison Toronto due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment from the designated carrier or pickup location within the applicable holding period, the order shall not be eligible for a refund. Any reshipment of returned goods may be subject to additional shipping fees at the customer’s expense.
Harrison Toronto shall not be liable for delays, delivery failures, or other damages arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to actions or omissions of third-party logistics providers or carriers.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Harrison Toronto reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
7. Payment
- Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- All prices are Canadian Dollar ($) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Prices may be changed at any time. No rights can be derived from pricing information.
8. Import Responsibility and VAT
The customer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or other charges due upon entry of the goods into the destination country. These costs are not covered or handled by [Store name] and must be paid directly to the competent authorities.
9. Delivery from Third Countries
Products are shipped directly from a third country (such as China). [Store name] acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier and does not carry out import procedures. All logistics are managed by the supplier in the third country.
10. Risk of Delays and Additional Costs
The customer acknowledges and accepts that delays or additional charges, including customs fees, may arise during international shipping or the import process. These risks and costs are entirely borne by the customer. Harrison Toronto is not liable for such delays or additional charges imposed by customs or other authorities.
