WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ORDER WHEN MY PACKAGE HAD BEEN DELIVERED?

ORDER ISSUES
I DIDN’T RECEIVE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please first check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered there.
Another possible reason is that the email address entered at checkout was incorrect. If you believe this may be the case, please contact our customer support team so we can verify and update your details.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE SIZE OR COLOR OF MY ITEMS?
Yes, you may change the size or color of your items before your order has been shipped.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
To ensure timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team at support@harrisontoronto.com as soon as possible.
Please note that we can only modify the shipping address before the order has been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, we recommend tracking your package to identify the shipping carrier and contacting them directly to request a delivery address change or rerouting.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including original packaging and tags.
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once delivered. These may include (but are not limited to) underwear, swimwear, earrings and other intimate or hygiene-sensitive products.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
HOW LONG DOEST IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
